Principal designer
Clare Block
Clare Block is the principal designer and public face of Block Design House. Based in Peoria, Arizona, she brings a refined sensibility to residential interiors — drawing from the warmth and texture of the Sonoran Desert to create spaces that feel grounded, elevated, and unmistakably personal.
Her aesthetic is rooted in restraint: warm white oak, Belgian linen, travertine, and blackened steel, layered with intention. The result is a home that feels expensive without announcing it — a quiet luxury that lives well.
Clare specializes in new-build homes — the buyers who close on a beautiful house and need it finished, fast, and right. Her two-tier sourcing approach blends curated trade relationships with in-person outlet finds to create spaces that feel collected over time, not catalog-ordered.
Hands on
On site, in the details.
From the first walk-through to the final styling, Clare is personally involved in every project — selecting materials, coordinating trades, and styling each room by hand so the finished home feels collected over time, not catalog-ordered.

Our point of view
“A home should feel like it was made for you — warm, considered, and completely without effort. That's what we build.”
